Apply no-code 3DS exemptions in a single step
Merchants can now apply Transaction Risk Analysis (TRA) exemptions directly from the Primer dashboard, no code required. Control your 3DS strategy with a single click, applying exemptions where they matter most to cut friction, boost approvals, and build stronger customer loyalty.
Enable smarter card routing in ANZ
eftpos is the domestic debit card scheme trusted by millions in Australia and New Zealand. Merchants can now route via Workflows through the eftpos network, reducing processing costs and improving authorization rates, with the same 3DS protection available on every payment.
Accept Cartes Bancaire with more processors
Carte Bancaire (CB) is a domestic card scheme, processing 60% of France’s card transactions. CB is now available across more processors on Primer, delivering lower interchange fees and stronger authorization rates to merchants. All you need to do is route to CB via Workflows.
Stronger performance, greater reliability
We’ve made significant improvements to platform performance, ensuring transactions are faster and more resilient. Average latency across payments, 3DS, and alternative payment confirmations is down by ~200ms. In checkout, every millisecond matters and research shows that just a 100ms improvement can boost conversion rates by over 1%.
Expanding our range of connections
Apple Pay MPAN
Now available on Primer, MPANs (Merchant Primary Account Number) create a direct line between Apple Pay and the bank, improving authorization rates and coverage so more transactions are approved.
Pix Automático
Now live on Primer, Pix Automático enables seamless subscriptions and repeat payments for over 140 million users in Brazil, giving merchants reliable, low-friction revenue streams.
Cash App via Adyen
Soon available on Primer, Cash App gives merchants access to one of the most popular US digital wallets, with tens of millions of mobile-first users.
